002. Will had woken from the simulation. No one knows how, but he did. When he was Erudite, he overheard two people talking about the Abnegation takeover but thought nothing of it. Now that it was real, he was running for his life. The simulation was hell. It was like watching yourself become a monster right before your eyes, as you felt needles sticking into your skin and you fell deeper and deeper into a hole, slowly going crazy, as your hands killed innocent Abnegation families. Running through an alley, he found Tris trembling on the ground. Making the hardest decision of his life, he poised the gun to save her from the serum. With the gun in hand, he pointed it at Tris. It wasn’t until he heard a gun fire that he realized she wasn’t being controlled.
